Infill development will promote a better economy

Two weeks ago, John Roberts from TIP strategies unveiled the GoBlaine! economic development strategy to the community. In his presentation, John emphasized his belief that changing the zoning codes to encourage infill and mixed use development in our downtown areas was one of the most important tactics for increased economic activity.
